For the best performance we would recommend the faster UHS-II SDXC cards rather than the slower UHS-I cards, especially for the large 61MP files.
UHS-II SDXC cards are 64GB and larger, this will also ensure that if you shoot video your video files are not broken into 4GB chunks.

We would recommend a minimum card size of 128GB. This will allow you to shoot approximately 860 Uncompressed RAW images or 1500 Compressed RAW images or 2500 Extra Fine JPEG images with the RX1R III.
