CFexpress Type A Memory Cards

CFexpress 2.0 Type A Memory Cards have one PCIe data transfer lanes and a theoretically maximum speed of 1 GB/s (1000MB/s). The newer CFexpress 4.0 standard doubles this speed to 2 GB/s (2000MB/s). Type A cards measure 20mm (width) by 28mm (length) by 2.8mm (thickness). Currently only Sony cameras such as the A1, A7RV, A7IV, A7SIII, A9III, FX30, FX3 and FX6 support Type A cards.
