For the best performance we would recommend the faster UHS-II SDXC cards rather than the slower UHS-I cards. SDXC cards are 64GB and larger, this will also ensure that your video files are not broken into 4GB chunks.

Memory Card Requirements for Video Recording
For shooting video if you only record in XAVC S HD 100Mbps format then you will only need a V30 / U3 rated SDHC/SDXC memory card such as the Delkin Devices BLACK UHS-I V30 SDXC Memory Card.
For recording XAVC HS 4K 280Mbps you will need a V60 rated SDXC card such as the Angelbird AV PRO SD (MK2) V60 UHS-II card.
For recording XAVC S-I 4K 600Mbps you will need a V90 rated SDXC card such as the Kingston Canvas React Plus UHS II V90.
Recommended Memory Card Size
For photographers we would recommend a minimum card size of 64GB. This will allow you to shoot approximately 1600 Compressed RAW images or 2900 Extra Fine JPEG images. With a 128GB card you could shoot approximately 3200 Compressed RAW images or 5800 Extra Fine JPEG images with the A6700.
For videographers we would recommend a minimum card size of 128GB. This will allow you to record 1h 10min of video in XAVC HS 4K at 60p/50p (200M) or 25 minutes if you want to shoot in XAVC S-I 4K at 60p/50p (500/600M) with the A6700.
