
The Hasselblad X2D II 100C is a 100MP medium format (43.8 x 32.9mm) mirrorless camera that features a built-in 1TB SSD with a write speed up to 2370MB/s, and a read speed of up to 2850MB/s.
It also features a single CFexpress Type B card slot with a maximum storage capacity supported of 512GB.
The camera can be setup to record images to the SSD drive and when full additional images will overflow onto the CFexpress Type B card. Alternatively you can select to backup images by recording them to both the SSD and CFexpress Type B card.

Although these are the only three cards recommended by Hasselblad, other CFexpress Type B cards are known to work just fine.
We always recommend formatting a new CFexpress Type B card in camera before using it for the first time.
How many RAW images can be stored on a 512GB card?
Approximately 2300 3FR RAW images can be stored on a 512GB CFexpress Type B memory card.
How many images can be stored on the SSD drive?
When shooting solely in RAW, the X2D II 100C can store approximately 4,600 photos. When shooting solely in JPG, it can store approximately 13,800 photos.
Are CFexpress Type B 4.0 memory cards supported?
They have not been tested by Hasselblad in the X2D II 100C but the 4.0 CFexpress standard is backwards compatible with 2.0 so they should work just fine.
Are CFexpress Type A memory cards supported?
No. The X2D II 100C card slot is not compatible with CFexpress Type A memory cards.
